You can GET A QUOTE or BOOK SERVICE on this website, or by downloading our Mobile App at Cleveland Executive Car at the Apple App and the Google Play stores. Both have been designed for your convenience, and with your security in mind. Feel free to call our office at 216-650-6743 if you need assistance.


You will receive the BOOKING CONFIRMED email once you create your reservation. The Booking Confirmed email confirms that we've accepted your request. You'll hear from us again once the driver has been assigned.


Your driver is assigned by a human being, not a computer algorithm. You will receive the YOU'RE ON THE SCHEDULE email once your driver has been assigned, generally a few days before service, due to logistics. If you're using our Mobile App, it will update showing the name and number of your driver under MY TRIPS/ UPCOMING RIDES. You'll receive a PUSH NOTIFICATION when your DRIVER IS ON THE WAY.


Your QUOTED price is based on estimated distance and duration. The final fees will be based on the actual distance and duration at the time of service.
For Point-to-Point airport transfers, there is no extra fee for wait time if your flight is delayed. Your driver will be tracking your flight and waiting for you whenever you land. If your flight cancels, just call our office and we'll cancel the reservation at no charge.
Once your flight has landed, the driver will wait for 40 minutes for free. After 40 minutes, we charge $40 every 30 minutes for wait time.
For non-airport Point-to-Point service, wait time charges apply 10 minutes after the requested pick-up time, and are charged every 30 minutes thereafter, if needed.


We charge an 8% Ohio sales tax on all orders. A $4 airport tax will be charged for all trips to or from CLE airport.


A 20% tip will automatically be charged and paid to your driver. Rest assured, 100% of the tip goes directly to your driver. If you wish to tip more, please tip your driver directly. Happy drivers are reliable drivers!


Please contact our office if you need to cancel your trip within 24 hours of your pickup time to avoid charges. We're happy to UPDATE or CHANGE your reservation on the dashboard. Just give us a call!
