How we work...

Reservations can be made on this website under the GET A QUOTE or the Cleveland Executive Car App, found on the Apple App and Google Play stores.

BOOKING CONFIRMED:

The BOOKING CONFIRMED! email confirms that we've accepted your request. You'll hear from us again once the driver has been assigned.

DRIVER ASSIGNMENT:

Your driver is assigned by a human being, not a computer algorithm. You will receive the YOU'RE ON THE SCHEDULE email once your driver has been assigned, generally 2-4 days before service, due to logistics.

If you're using our App, you'll note the name and number of your driver has been added under MY TRIPS/UPCOMING RIDES. You'll receive a PUSH NOTIFICATION when your DRIVER IS ON THE WAY.

CHARGES:

Your QUOTED price is based on estimated distance and duration. The final fees will be based on the actual distance and duration at the time of service.

TAXES:

We collect and pay an 8% Ohio sales tax. A $4 airport tax will be charged and paid to Cleveland Hopkins Airport for all trips to or from CLE airport.

TIP IS INCLUDED:

A 20% tip will automatically be charged and paid to your driver. Rest assured, 100% of the tip goes directly to your driver. If you wish to tip more, please tip your driver directly. Happy drivers are reliable drivers!

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please contact our office if you need to cancel your trip within 24 hours of your pickup time to avoid charges. We're happy to UPDATE or CHANGE your reservation on the dashboard. Just give us a call!
